I’m Hamada Eleleimy, a life coach based in New Plymouth, New Zealand.
I work with individuals, couples and parents who want to better understand themselves, their relationships and the patterns influencing how they live.
I didn’t come to coaching because I thought I had all the answers. My own experiences taught me that we can sometimes find ourselves living within beliefs, expectations and patterns that once served a purpose but may no longer fit who we are becoming.
I sometimes think of these as boxes. They can provide safety, structure and predictability, but they can also become limiting when we stop questioning whether they still belong in our lives.
That idea shapes the way I work. Rather than simply asking, “How do I stop this behaviour?” I’m often more interested in, “What is this behaviour trying to do for me?” and “What is keeping this pattern in place?”
I draw on life coaching, NLP and Havening Techniques®, alongside what I continue to learn through my work, study and life experience. My role is to help you understand what may be driving a pattern and decide what you want to do next.
Personal development is an ongoing process of becoming more aware, making more deliberate choices, and creating a future that can be enriched by the past rather than dictated by it.
Family
I’m a husband and father of three. Family life continues to teach me about relationships, communication, patience and boundaries, and it regularly reminds me that understanding something in theory is very different from actually living it. Those experiences have shaped how I think about growth, responsibility and the way patterns can play out within close relationships.
Community
Community service has also played an important role in shaping how I see personal development. Through my involvement with young people, families and community wellbeing, I’ve seen how much our growth is influenced by the relationships and environments around us. It reinforces my belief that meaningful change happens not only within individuals, but also within families, relationships and communities.
Professional Background
My work draws on formal coach training, specialist modalities, ongoing professional development, and practical experience supporting individuals, couples and families.
